From your metric to a discharged condition

Email or upload your completed biodiversity metric along with the site location and your programme dates. There is no commitment at this stage and no charge for the quote.
We aim to quote within 48 hours
We check availability across our habitat banks and send back a price for the off-site units required.
Option to reserve units
We hold the units against your development while your planning application progresses, so the units are ready when you are.
Complete the purchase
Units are paid for and we submit the application to formally allocate the off-site units to your project on the National Biodiversity Gain Site Register. We also supply the off-site information necessary to complete the Biodiversity Gain Plan.
Offset registered
Natural England processes the application and confirms the allocation has been accepted within six weeks. We forward the formal confirmation once this process has been completed, enabling the LPA to discharge the off-site element of the pre-commencement BNG condition.
